Robots
Some robots. I love robots, the real things that assemble things as well as these ones, a long as they don't go do anything stupid!

Fishy Mural
Yo!
I have been asked to paint a mural for a children's play room with the theme "the ocean". From the very start I suggested not-too-strong colors and a limited palette, with a color scheme inspired by children's books from the sixties. This is what I'll present for scrutiny soonish.
Please leave me a comment on what you think of it, I value your opinions.
Hope you like:

Raven Tattoo, 2 interpretations
I told you a while ago that I had been commissioned to draw a raven tattoo. The sketch was posted here. I am glad to present to you here two inked interpretations! The first in all black as I was asked to make one of them and the second inspired by American Indian tribal tattoos.
I want to thank graphic designer Iréne Thisner for lending me a beautiful book that has been a great inspirational source for this work. I'll post the title and pictures soon! Now here is my tattoo designs. Enjoy:

This is not a good sign
Our beloved tundra-dwelling friends have a new problem. I didn't see this one coming. I'm hooked, I want to know more!
My fiancée and I are on a trip to Granada, Spain, to take some time off and celebrate our engagement. I promise pictures on return to the beloved iMac.

What you up to?
Aaaaah! I would just love to make this shirt, and a bunch of other prints as well!
I've fallen in love with prints and designs, tank tops and other textile things! This will be the first of many more designs to come. I promise to keep you posted!

There is one fish left
I just love it when you get an idea and other things turn up but you never quite forget it. And then one day it's there on paper in front of you and you realize it's a little different but essentially the same. Very well.
This day has started off good.

Something, something, and owls
My fiancée's dad and stepsister came over for cake and lemonade which was super. I feel wonderful and for once don't seem to have any allergies, or any cold for that matter. Life's good so these ones are happy picture.

Organic Poo
An acquaintance of a friend daily insists of throwing junk on the street or in the bushes instead of in the trash can a half meter away.
Well, this on is about YOU! (although you're not really this funny, honest)

upper middle class hypocrisy
People are starting to come back from their vacations. And this is what I hear.
The text says in Swedish:
- Earth hour is so amazing!
Candles is so cosy, and think we're actually helping the environment by doing this!
- I know! I wish more people understood how important the environment is, and how easy it is to do a difference. You just have to make small changes in your every-day life, like separation at source!
- Yeah! I know right? People are so ignorant!
- Yupp.
- Anyhow, how was your vacation? Paris right?
- Oh, it was fantastic, 600 bucks for a weekend for two, all included. They even included a tour around the city in helicopter. I'll mail you the link to the travel agent right away with my phone, just give me a sec...

A lot of sun for a very brief period of time
I love the sun, unfortunately so does everybody else (except you Julia, I know). This is how I feel every sunny day in Sweden. It's like every warm summer day could be the last and you get really stressed out trying not to waste it -_-'
That's the backdrop to this picture that I drew sitting on a bench somewhere in central Stockholm not too long ago.
The photo at the bottom pretty much shows how I prefer it. Sunny, and at some distance from the peasants.

Finders Keepers
Sometimes you just need to pause from whatever you're doing, sit down at the local library and draw something.

Raven
I can now proudly present the final version of the picture with the two ravens of Odin, H&M as I call them. A limited amount of notebooks with this motif will be sold at Studiefrämjandets Julmarknad (A Christmas Market) the 12 of December at noon, Nortullsgatan 12N in the Bryggarsalen room.
The Winter Motif will be available too, as well as some Chritmas cards, I hope.
